Originally stranger molested four Dutch Teen Girls in Bali

Jan Jacobus Fagel (55), a Dutch citizen, was arrested by police for allegedly molested four minors in Buleleng regency, Bali. Average girls who are victims of Fagel aged between nine and 13 years.

"Players have three months of living in Buleleng and get to know the victims well," said Head of Ops Police Buleleng, Putu Wedanajati Ida Commissioner, when contacted by telephone Okezone, Tuesday (02/10/2012).

Fagel was arrested after the parents of one victim to the police. The alleged acts of sexual harassment to the extent Fagel and not until there is sexual intercourse.

Wedana revealed, players easily identify and launch the action because of the lure victims with money between Rp 5,000 to Rp 10 thousand.

"Parents unsuspecting victims as perpetrators pretty good and close to the kids," said district officer.

The police, he added, has examined nine witnesses. Four of them were victims and five other people who know the incident.

For his actions, Fagel threatened snared Article 82 of Law No. 23 of 2002 on Child Protection junto Article 290 of the Criminal Code, with a maximum penalty of 15 years imprisonment.

"He said he just kissing or touching the hair of the head of the victim," said Wedana Teak. Nevertheless, the police continued to detain and set Fagel as a suspect in the case of sexual harassment.
