JAKARTA - Millions of workers in Indonesia will hold a strike on Wednesday (03/10/2012) today. President of the Confederation of All Indonesian Workers Union (KSPSI), Andi Gani Nena Wea said the strike will take place from 08.00 pm.

"We will move peaceful protest in 21 cities in Indonesia," he said in Jakarta, Tuesday (02/10/2012).

He estimated three million workers are involved in this action. They come from three unions that KSPSI, KSPI and KSBSI incorporated in the Assembly Labor Workers Indonesia (MPBI).

Cities that will be the focus of labor action is Jakarta, Bekasi, Bandung, Surabaya, Tangerang and Bogor Batam. According to Andi, this is the biggest action to fight for the fate of the workers.
